Basics (I) - Learn seven steps to effective and efficient model building. Learn secrets used by the largest consulting firms to capture and improve your processes.
Everything you need to capture, analyze, and improve your processes is included in this course. Learn ProcessModel by building a series of case studies that teach you every detail needed to build your own models. Certified instructors lead you from the basic model building skills to how to identify the greatest opportunities for improvement.
Basics (II) – This two-day hands-on class, focuses on the skills essential to successfully complete a business process improvement project. Continuing to build the skills learned in the Basics (I) class, it is the second stage of ProcessModel training and is typically taken after 2 to 3 months of modeling experience.
Learn how to optimize your model while you go to lunch, work on something else or sleep at night. Learn all of the details about optimization. Learn new techniques for action logic and its application to real world problems. See how to combine constructs in ProcessModel to create extraordinary model control and how to create custom reports and interpret the output. Learn how to make the greatest impact with the least amount of work.
Expert Training -- This class gives a detailed insight into ProcessModel and features advanced modeling techniques, detailed action logic, and other tricks used by the world’s best process modelers. This is the Special Forces training of ProcessModel. A training that is reserved for the best of the best modelers that are required to accomplish substantial process improvement in short periods of time. You will learn how to create models of difficult systems with hands on experience and advanced learning techniques. This class is designed to not only create huge gains in modeling skill, but to also to help you be certain your models behave just like the real system. In addition, you will walk away with nine new model objects used to reduce time in building future models.
We also offer customized training options to suit the individual needs of your company. Onsite training allows up to 25 members of your team to quickly get up to speed on ProcessModel. This is often combined with our popular 'project mentoring', in which a consultant works with your team to complete a first project. This high impact training is extremely effective for bringing groups up to project standard quickly.
