Course Fee: $1,295.00 per attendee. The fee is for training only and does not include software.

Class Times: 9:00 am to 5:00 pm Eastern Time daily.

Computer and Software Requirements:

• ProcessModel 5.3 – Download the current version here.
• Microsoft Excel version 2000 or higher.
• Headset with microphone – If you don’t already have one, may we suggest a headset such as this one.
• Internet connection – 1.5 Mbps (minimum)
• Test your installation of ProcessModel – simulate a demo model.
• Test your connection the training site – you will receive instruction by email detailing how to access our online training service.

• If you cancel more than 21 day in advance of the course, you receive a full refund.
• If you cancel between 14 – 21 days prior to the course, you receive a 50% refund.
• If you cancel less than 14 days prior to the course, you receive no refund.
